I can’t catch a break😔

So I woke up to my doctor messaging me and she said I tested positive for hsv 2 I don't think it fully has sinked in that I have herpes like whaaaaat I'm freaking out ! Not only did my baby father leave me he gave me herpes he's had it this whole time and didn't say a word I got tested bc some girl he used to mess with a few years back hit me up and told me he had herpes but I never had an outbreak or nothing that I know of! I want to confront him but I know he's going to deny giving it to me I need support I feel like everything is going down hill what does this mean for me l was also recently pregnant with his baby she is now 4 months old I had a c section could she have still contracted it ?! Omg l'm freaking out SOMEONE EASE MY MIND 😭 I feel so alone I can’t talk to anyone about this because it’s just so humiliating I would have never thought I would get this ! should I even allow this man contacted with our daughter he knowingly fucked my life up and could of put hers at danger !
