Wet dreams?

I had this very rarely pre-pregnancy. Now, I literally have a wet dream almost everyday and wake up to myself orgasming, which causes a slight cramp every time. I can’t help it either cause I do it while I’m literally dreaming! I just wake up to it happening. It’s so weird, has anyone else also had this? I also feel guilty about them cause they’re rarely with my partner! It’s always me and someone else in my dream.
