Day three after period

Let me start this off by saying I had sex with my boyfriend almost everyday of my period. My period “ended” 4 days ago but I am have this very light brown discharge that, when I take out a tampon (I thought it was still my period), has bright red only on the very tip of it. The is day three of this happening, not to mention it smells. Not bad but noticeable. This is as of right now
