Frequently feeding at night

Hi, I need some guidance. My baby frequently wakes up at night needing milk, sometimes multiple times, he is 7 month old. I’m wondering what could be the reason for this and if it’s normal. During the day, I give about 1 spoon of egg and half apple purée at lunch, and sometimes vegetable purée around 7 pm. Any advice or suggestions on what I can do to help them sleep longer or if I should adjust their feeding schedule, I’m feeding him on demand. Thank you!
