What came out of me?!

I frequently have issues with birth control wreaking havoc on my body. I’ve had good luck with Nuva ring until recently. This last month I had a lot of break through bleeding and just a bunch of clots, so I took my nuva ring out 3-4 days ago and just had spotting until today when my flow got heavier. Then tonight before bed, this came out of me while I was changing my tampon. Should I be concerned about this? It’s like a tube and this is it flipped inside out.
