Anyone husband/boyfriend/baby's father not wanting to watch the delivery?

My husband wants to be in the room but doesn't want to watch the baby actually come out. This makes me mad. For one, if it was me I'd love a chance to see that but obviously I won't lol. And two, I'm like you NEED to see this all the good/bad/disgusting/beautiful parts of it to be able to appreciate all Me and the baby have went thru to help bring life into the world. I saw my friend give birth and while it was scary and gross it was beautiful and I cried it's just a life changing experience to watch that in person, I can only imagine watching your own child, and he doesn't want to, what the hell! Because it grosses him out! Anyone else dealing with this? Am I wrong to be upset and wanting him to get over it?
