5+5 possible TW

I found out a week ago I’m expecting baby number 3. There will be a 6 year age gap between this one and my youngest, so it’s been a few years since I’ve experienced pregnancy and I am also almost 30 now where I was 20&22 with my first 2. Last night I had some light spotting only when I wiped and it was maybe a qtr size smear on the paper, very light pink and the smallest amount. This morning it was just brown like old blood and now it’s gone so far. I’ve had cramping but not bad and light lower back pain, same as with my first two. Should I be worried about a miscarriage or a chemical pregnancy? I feel like I’m over thinking since it’s stopped but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t scared.. I’m trying to not over think & my ob won’t see me until May 30th, should I try to get in sooner at least for blood work? I’ve never had a loss and I did also spot a little with my first pregnancy also but it was after having sec and this time it was just out of nowhere. Any advance or tips pls..
