Snacks for pregnancy?

I have a question everyone, so is Goldfish Crackers (cheddar cheese) safe to eat? It says cultured milk on the bag and I don’t want to harm my baby. I’m 8w6d pregnant. Thank you!

Hey Amber, I noticed you had a few posts regarding food and sugar etc. my best advice is to talk to your OB about these concerns. They can usually give you a list of things to avoid (ie raw fish and unpasteurized cheese). Hash browns and stuff at chic fil a (which you mentioned in a post) are totally fine and honestly your body is probably craving some of these things. Make a list of what you eat in a day and show it to your OB, and he or she can let you know if they think you’re having too much sugar etc. 
If you don’t want to wait until your next appointment, then I would recommend calling the nurse line. They are always very helpful!
