Possible hidden pregnancy??

So these past few weeks have been so weird, I could have sworn I got my period like normal, but it wasn't like the typical period i had like a day or so of cramping and didn't bleed till like a day or so after I was supposed to start. And even then it didn't really last long i looked at my calendar in the app and it still said i had 3 days left but I wasn't bleeding like at all anymore and it had been 2 maybe 3 days and my periods are always the same every time very predictable in every way. Well i didn't think anything about it and went on normally, these last few weeks my breasts and nips have been so super sore and sensitive like i have to sleep in a work out bra that has padding cause they hurt so bad otherwise even just my shirt barely touching them and ive been having to pee a whole lot more frequently, my appetite is way up and my stomach feels kinda hard and my energy changes so much its giving me whiplash one day im so tired i could sleep all day and night even though i slept just fine the night before, or i lay in bed and pass out so hard i don't even realize ive fallen asleep then on the other hand like tonight I cant sleep for crap and my sex drive has gone up and its usually high as it is and my bathroom habits (using the toilet) are all over the place too could it be that i had heavier implantation bleeding and mistaken it for a period??? I haven't tested yet but i might tomorrow but i don't want to get any hopes up
