Ovarian Cyst

Anyone else had a complex ovarian cyst? I ended up in the ER because I was bleeding through a pad every 30 minutes to an hour, along with feeling dizzy and light headed. After a dozen test and then an ultrasound, they found I had a 5cm complex ovarian cyst on my right ovary. Had a follow up appointment with my OB and he said it should go away on its own. I’ve read so many different things on the internet, but he didn’t seem concerned at all. Just seeing if anyone else has had a similar experience? TY ❤️
