So confused

So started taking birth control after my normal period ended March 28th!

Kept taking it hoping to skip my period in April as we had a trip planned and my period was due that week,

It was due on the 17th, it came on the 17th of April, and I continued to bleed for 7 days off and on heavy vs non, I stopped taking the birth control on the 17th and did not resume when my period had stopped.

Now my period is 2 days late, and I’m really confused at where I am in my cycle?

I have very stringy thick CM, and I took a test, not pregnant, but no period, I feel like it’s just around the corner but no idea 😂

Thoughts??
