Late period, testing negative day 42
I am on day 42 of my cycle and I haven’t gotten my period. I had some spotting, some cramps, some nausea. I tested 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago, last week, and today, all tests came negative. I have been very stressed with work, relationship stuff, I also had a yeast infection and treated with fluconazole. Any idea on what is going on? A pregnancy test would be accurate by now right?
