BBT Question
1st time using bbt If I get up 1 hr to pee before the time I test my temp do I go with the temp from me getting up to pee or I can temp at my normal time so I have to temp again when I wake up a hr later ?
I have an alarm set for testing my temp every morning I get up to pee a hr before or 2 hrs before my temp time
