Cramping/spotting for a week 1st trimester

I need help! I’m six weeks with my fourth baby. I have been cramping and spotting for about a week straight. Went to the doctor did a vaginal ultrasound. The baby is fine and there is a heartbeat. They said I need to check again and do an u/s in two weeks. The doctor did say that cramping and spotting is not typically normal and this pregnancy can go either way. has anyone experienced anything similar and had a positive outcome? spotting is mostly pink and light although one day I had a little bit of red. HCG is going up. Never had a miscarriage. My anxiety is through the roof . They did not see issues with placenta or SCH.
