Fears of dying in labor

Has anyone had an impending sense of doom leading up to labor? I am 33 weeks pregnant with my third and my husband and I have been through a heck of a few months with constant bad luck hitting our family including a cancer diagnosis for him which thankfully has since been resolved. I just feel like we can’t catch a break and the next thing on our list will be me dying in labor. I have a therapist that I see often but it isn’t helping my constant obsessive thoughts.
