Surprised and shocked

So it has been awhile since I posted on here but God has been blessing me. I now have a 5 month old babygirl and I been breast feeding and pumping until recently going to the doctor for one thing and to take a urine pregnancy test because I was certain the test would be negative and was shocked with it being positive on May 20 a day before my wedding anniversary I’m currently 6 weeks 6 days I will turn 7 weeks tomorrow. I have many emotions that I have tried not to think about it until I feel sick or sleepy lol.. my husband thought I was joking I had blood work done twice to see how far along and where my HCG levels are and they are pointing into a healthy direction.. This is will be number 4 plus my husband already has 3 before so this will make number 7 in all 🥰 definitely a full house 😍🎉🎊
