Cramps when sneezing before af?

Hey there Im waiting to test for pregnancy this month ,it was due yesterday I noticed a tiny spot of brown when I wiped but I’m posting because the last three days when I stand up / sneeze or cough I get a pain / cramps almost like round ligament pain in the right side of where my lover abdomen would be and I’m wondering if this is normal .. has this happened to anybody before af or could it possibly be a positive sign ! I’m reluctant to test because I did have a bit of spotting yesterday and don’t want to give my hopes up
