I got off my nexplanon in June 2024 got pregnant October and then miscarried November and now I can’t seem to even reach an LH High or even Peak I use the easy at home and they do not rise higher then .28 and my cycle after the miscarriage went from 32-33 days to 45 CD can anyone help
