Hi mommies

Me and my husband has been trying to have a baby since the lost of our last child but it has been hard. Before my period comes I get cramps that’s how I know it’s coming soon. It’s been on time every month for the past year. This month around the time I was suppose to get my period I’ve been feeling cramps but they come and go and my period is 7days late. Last night I was real nauseous and couldn’t eat anything o don’t want to get my hopes up again , I got bloodwork done yesterday should I wait for the result or just take a pregnancy test I still don’t have any signs of my period coming
