Clomid IUI journey

Last year on our own we got pregnanct twice unfortunatelythey both ended in miscarriage. Thats when we started our fertility clinic journey I was tested for everything I feel like and no results came back that raised question no thyroid issues etc. They began me on Clomid and Ovidrel and last month I did IUI for the first time. Mu amh levels are at .7 which is not ok for my age and I'm trying to hold onto hope. My insurance has a max unfortunately so idk how many more visits I can attend going to try on our own. Has anyone gotten pregnant after trying fertility clinic route? I am holding onto hope but its becoming a challenge...Everyone is differenti know just venting I suppose.
