Is it normal to not feel much movement yet at 17w?

I swear every once in a while I can feel her moving but then I’ll go days without a sensation. And have not felt any kicks yet, her heart rate sounds good on Doppler. Is it normal to either not feel much or feel movement randomly?

My sister felt her baby alot 16-17 weeks then.not at all again.til 20 weeks

I felt my kiddos around 12 weeks -14 weeks.
You don’t count kicks until 20/23 weeks.

I’m currently 18+6 and starting to feel baba a lot more regular but was feeling movement from 16+4 but this was irregular, only been the last few days Iv been feeling movement a lot stronger but I have an interior placenta! But shouldn’t be too worried 💕💕

I didn’t start feeling my first consecutively until about 24 weeks and my second around 22 weeks
