Spotting Before A Period - Help!
Hey
So I’ve been lightly spotting dark blood for 2 days and wondered if anyone has experienced this? What it may mean and if this is something that is normal?
My cycle is on day 26 and my period was due but not a full period yet. It’s not appearing on a pad it’s just when I wipe when I go to the toilet!
I’m 38 so panicking I’m hitting early perimenopause 🫠
