pinworms or? very tmi i’m sorry

so i’ve been having alot of itchiness in my butt, but i haven’t seen anything in my underwear bedsheets or clothes that look like pin worms & i tried the tape thing but didn’t see or get much. and so when i was needing to poop(i have constipation problems) i took a video to try and look inside & i caught this. i’m not sure if it’s worms or if that’s what a hemorrhoid looks like. this is rlly gross i’m so sorry. i don’t have a guardian i can go to to talk about this to have them check me or something or to have them look at the photo but if a mom out there can help me. please do… idk if this is pinworms or a hemorrhoid (or both?) bc both include intense itching :(
