What do baby kicks/movement really feel like

I’ve heard things described as flutters or gas.. I have gas and stomach issues daily even not pregnant so I’m not totally sure I would be able to recognize that. I have an anterior placenta and it’s my first time being pregnant. I’m 19 weeks now and I haven’t felt any movement but I do feel pressure/ slight cramps but no kicking. It’s more like a gradual pressure or pain in an area
