First time pregnant & bleeding!

I’m 4 weeks & 5 days pregnant, I’ve taken multiple tests that all came positive. And took 2 more yesterday that were positive. I started spotting (brown) on Wednesday, called my OB & sent me to do my HCG beta bloodwork. Spotting was coming and going. This morning I woke up to heavy bleeding with a few clots. And just got my results, which are 16. I go back on Monday to repeat labs again. I’m scared I’m going through a miscarriage. My sister bled frequently through her pregnancy & my nephew is now is a healthy 5 year old. Has anyone gone through something like this? Or have any advice? My anxiety is going through the roof.
