Is my concern justified? Should I go to the ER?

I had gestational hypertension throughout my pregnancy. We had a scheduled c section at 37 weeks two days ago (Thursday morning). My BP usually sat around 130’s/80’s throughout my pregnancy. We were discharged from the birthing center this morning. My BP right now is at 148/96 and my legs are swelling like crazy and feel really tight. I’m concerned about post partum preeclampsia. Should I go to the ER or just give my doctor a call? My right leg is more swollen than my left leg and kind of hurts a bit in my calf area.
