Pregnant 3 months PP??

The past week or so I’ve been very nauseous and emotional. These were some of the earliest signs of my first pregnancy. Last time, I had a positive ovulation test a week before my positive pregnancy test. ovulation tests can sometimes detect early pregnancy (but they are not a reliable method to test pregnancy). I took an ovulation test today and it’s positive. I’ve taken 3 pregnancy tests. One of them has an extremely faint line, but the other two don’t. Am I paranoid or am I pregnant?
