The more I pump the less I make?

Im 2 weeks pp and I used to make at least 2 oz when I pumped which still wasn’t a lot and now I only make 1 oz combined.,

I feel so discouraged, my baby’s mostly on formula at this point, I do latch him almost every time but he falls asleep or pulls away and barely sucks so I don’t think he’s getting anything from me so I have to give a bottle after, I don’t know why my supply seems to be decreasing when I’m pumping and latching.

I feel like a failure. I just wanted to give him breastmilk. Formula makes him so gassy and colicky. I feel like I can’t do anything right. Every time I pump and see such little amount I just wanted to give up. Edit- I only get an oz even if I don’t latch beforehand. He also only latched with a shield so halfway through the shield falls off because he’s barely sucking and I can’t get it to stay on , and then he just cries because he’s hungry

Edit 2- I did see an IBCLC and she’s the one who told me to top up 😭
