Can someone please help?

Dealing with Ezcema for a year now. It comes and go i even have it in my scalp always itchy even when washing my hair. I dont know what else to do. 
Any advise? Anyone have this experience and so how did you

My son has eczema and seborrheic dermatitis on his scalp. He gets build up super fast and easily and is often itchy. I’d recommend seeing a dermatologist for yourself to get some help and a diagnosis. My son’s dermatologist prescribed a stronger shampoo twice a week and then head and shoulders or Nizoral other days of the week. Ideally we’re washing his hair at least every other day in order to keep it under control. If we get out of that rhythm we’ve got to use oil to soften up the patches.

Eczema is often triggered by a food allergy. I’d see an allergist and go from there.

Have you been checked to make sure it isn’t psoriasis? For your hair I would recommend getting a shower head that filters hard water. This might be contributing to it. My son’s eczema only cleared with prescription steroid creams. I would ask about that and possible autoimmune disease testing if there’s other symptoms. A dermatologist could help you verify if it’s eczema or psoriasis.
