No period for a year. Pls help!

I’m 22, been diagnosed with endometriosis in 2019 and pcos in 2021. I got my first period at 10 years old and since then, it has always been irregular and heavy and extremely painful. I’m not on any medication as BC doesn’t work for me at all and doctor doesn’t want to try anything. I don’t get my period every month, only between 4-5 months but this time, it has been a year and I’m quite concerned. Is this normal? I have been to my doctor, he said it’s normal with pcos and he didn’t order any bloods or ultrasound. I’m not stressed or anything. I am pretty healthy and active. What should I do? Anyone been through this? Is there a name for this? I also been having more extreme cramps that is going into my back and causing me to vomit. Pls help. ETA: forgot to add that it’s very hard to get into a gynaecologist without a referral and where I live, it’s hard to see other doctors.
