Face rash for weeks! Help please 16w

I’ve been having a face rash for almost a month. It started as dry skin and now it’s a full on rash that flares up at night and at night time it seems to go down a little but back up throughout the day. Please help! It’s super red, not bumpy, and super dry skin and it starts peeling on my eyelids and jaw area. Any advice helps. My OB said to stop eating eggs which I did and it’s still here.
