Help please (TMI PICTURE )

TMI!! !! (Small pic clot)

I had a period starting on the 17th march to the 21st march ( completely normal) and never had an irregular cycle or bleeding lasting over 5 days

But l've then randomly come on again 12 days after my period finished, it started on 3rd June it's now the 12th and I'm still bleeding and no sign of it stopping soon, it's not heavy at all but it's not light either.

I've never had a period last over 5 days before ever I'm on no medication and nothing else has happened to change it. Everytime I go to the bathroom small clots are there?
