Help with irregular.

Ever since I started my period my parents have been very heavy and they come when they want. I can go a month without it or two and then I can get it for two months or a month and never know when I’m gonna get my period there’s no way to track it. I have taken all kinds of different birth control to try to regulate my period. Nothing has worked. I started when I was 12. I’m now 40 years old. I’m looking for anybody’s advice for something to help with the cramps the heavy flow maybe getting my period regular my cramps are so bad. It keeps me from being able to enjoy my life. It reminds me of pre-labor. That’s how bad they are.
