Can I file divorce uncontested and still get the car and have him agree to pay me X amount of money owned to me due to financial infidelity in the marriage (gambling away my inheritance). I really don’t want to get a lawyer cuz I can’t afford one. But I also need to get this divorce finalized so I can move on with my life. It’s been months! I’m considering paying $150 to have online assistance help with the paperwork part. I’m ready to pull the trigger but I just don’t wanna shoot myself in the foot. Thanks.
