Dislocating my leg? Help!

This has happened so many times now!!

I am 29 and on going for the last year, if I get on my knees when cleaning or genuinely move my knee weirdly, it will come out of place. It feels like a broken bone out of place and I end up screaming in so much fucking pain until I can bravely stand up and let it pop back into place!!!

It’s worse than any of my 3 labours. It takes about 5 minutes of me screaming before I can get someone to help me stand up!!! That’s the hard bit also, and I have to dominate it back into place.

What the hell is this??? My gp surgery is shut as it’s the weekend. Advice would be helpful x
