How do I talk to my husband?

So my husband (29M) wants to try for another baby starting in July. We have a 20 month old at the moment. He’s really pushing for us to try for another baby, but I (28F) don’t feel ready for it. I have a few reasons ranging from my own health concerns to just straight the fact that I don’t get any help from him with our current child. I don’t know how to broach the topic with him or how to tell him without him getting hurt by me not wanting to have another kid right now. I’m very conflicted because he has said that once he’s 30 he doesn’t want to have anymore kids beyond that. Does anyone have any advice of how to talk to him about this?
