Mucus plug??

This is my 3rd pregnancy and with my 16 and 8 year old I never noticed me losing it. 
I am 30 weeks and 4 days and want to be sure this isn’t my mucus plug. I haven’t really been paying attention until now when I went to the bathroom.

Your body can loose some of your mucus plug along the way and replace it as needed. Around 28 weeks is usually when I start loosing some of mine and my body rebuild it till I'm about 38 weeks then my body just lets it go and labor signals start. I'll end up with signs of labor for a couple weeks.
The only reason to worry is if you're also seeing bloody show with it and having contractions this early. Braxton Hicks should still be random and no real patter to them.

It looks like it probably is part of your mucus plug, but a small amount and it regenerates.
