When will I ovulate? My periods are regular I get my period every 17th my last cycle was June 17. I took an ovulation test today

If you start temping every morning before you get out of bed with a bbt thermometer you will get confirmation of when you ovulated

It looks like you do not understand or know what ovulation is. That test is negative also. Take a little time researching your cycle and ovulation- from reputable sites. Not social media. 
You logged a period for 6/30. Was that an accident? Your period comes every so many days so it’d be impossible for it to come on the 17th of every month (on a continuous basis)- your period isn’t monthly. It’s a cycle. Day 1 is the first day of your period, mid cycle you enter your fertile week, ovulate and if it isn’t fertilized you’ll have a period/your lining will shed and the cycle starts all over (short version). 
No, you’re not ovulating today if you’ve started bleeding like a period again. That test is negative as well.
