Wrinkly tummy

So the wrinkles from pregnancy on the tummy will it ever go away not be wrinkly . The more weight I lose the deeper the wrinkles. Are the wrinkles permanent I think so I've birthed 4 kids and still wrinkles deeper than ever now . I've heard some other moms in town refer to my kind of tummy as a burnt marshmallow. I didn't show mine but I knew when it was brought up that it was probably cause someone there knew mine was a bit wrinkly 115lb and now wrinkly yes i like it . But ouch a burnt marshmallow. That was a first . If you have wrinkly tummy skin like a little patch around the belly button you're not the only one but what do you do for a confidence or like self esteem .
