Help!

So my last period was June 14 to the 18th and before that I hadn’t had a period in six months because I had the hormonal IUD and on the 27th of June I got the IUD taken out because it was not incorrectly anymore and I took a plan b the 28th because I was worried about semen exposure. Today I have really heavy bleeding and cramping could this be my period? Or did the plan b make my period come early? U have a nexplanon appt July 9th, I’m so worried about pregnancy because yesterday we used a condom but I literally broke right after he ejaculated. But I think I’m OK because I do have really heavy bleeding right now…??
