a lump?

i’ll add a picture of about the area of the lump. it’s not painful, nothing comes out of it, it’s just sort of a hard lump. I have noticed it seems to be getting slightly larger? i’ll add I was positive for HPV 8 years ago and i’ve had 2 colposcopy’s since then. I get pap smears regularly. i’m going to make an appointment for this asap obviously just wanted to see if anyone knew what it could possibly be? my mind is going straight to cancer 😭😭
