subchorionic hematoma

Update: unfortunately I did miscarriage just two days after my appointment with my fertility doctor

6 weeks 5 days today. Off and on sore breasts, a little nausea but no throwing up,tired but also not super tired and peeing lots, hungrier is up and down and some bad heartburn the last few days. During ultrasound the doctor said I have some bleeding beside the sac and she said she wasn't able to detect the heart but wasn't super concerned about that.(my fiance and i both said to each other after appointment that we both thought we saw a flicker when she had the wand on the baby) Doctor says the bleeding might disappear but might not. Had to get blood work done to see levels are going up. My last blood work was on June 18th the results were 65.1IU/L , today July 4th my blood results were 654.0 IU/L. I'm trying to rest as much as possible as i know that is needed and can help the subchorionic hematoma heal. I was wondering if anyone else is going through this? I haven't had any spotting or bleeding. Going to get blood work done again today
