Unresponsible w| my birth control.. could I be pregnant?

This is my first time using BC (pills) I went a little over a week w|o a pill due to me being out of town. When I left I was on my cycle, it went off a day before coming home BUT I didn’t come home I went to my bf house. Is it possible I ovulated that week, that soon? Ofc, we bd & He finished in me the first night, later that week 2-3 days later I noticed OV signs (egg whites & INTENSELY HIGH sex drive) and told him to pull out. Now this app says I’m 5-6 dpo & im having very mild but noticeable cramps in the middle of my uterus w| almost like a burning ?? Sensation in that spot? I can’t really describe the feeling & also sore outer boobs. The right hurts more than the left & shooting pains from the back of the right boob to the nipple. I know it’s probably too early to test but what yall think could I be pregnant?
