I need inspiration TW: ED
So I’ve struggled to accept the fact that I have issues when it comes food, but just now I was thinking “good thing I don’t have any food at home then it’ll be easier not to be tempted to eat anything” and it clicked that that’s not normal, normal people don’t think like that, normal people don’t think about how much they’ve earned the right to eat either which is something I do on a daily basis.
The problem rn is that I want to eat healthy but food is expensive (I live in Norway), I need some inspiration for healthy meals that I can store in my freezer (because I really can’t afford to let food get bad) or make easily with few ingredients (because I have Bpd and the depression hits at the worst times sometimes). I also want some variation to my diet because I literally will just not eat if I feel like I’m not gonna enjoy the food. I’d rather not eat than eat unhealthy so I really need some help.
I’m in treatment for my bpd rn and it’s exhausting so I will get proper help for my ED when I’m done with that, but rn in the meantime I’m seeking help from you on this app. Knowing that I’m eating healthy helps me eat so I need some healthy recipes please and thank you.
