Period or implantation?

I got my iud taken out the 30th of June. Had sex the next day, started to bleed the day after. Ok good my period came no problems. Took pill. Today i am getting lower abdominal pain/bloating and a lot of hip pain, especially my right side, kinda burning but in waves. Also lower back pain. Been reading stuff up about iud removal and its saying it probably wasnt my period so took pill all wrong. The app predicts im not due until 29th. Should i take a test or wait? I know you can be very fertile after getting the iud removed and there is a egg present, also had sex after that date so I'm very confused. Thanks
