You don't love me

Anytime anything doesn't go my husband's way he dramatically says, "you don't love me." Well now when my 3 year old gets upset he either says "you don't love me" or "nobody loves me". It breaks my heart to hear it come out of his mouth. And he'll say it over and over again. My husband never does anything about it. But i always get on his level and tell him that we all love him very much and that nothing would ever change that (even if he's in trouble). How can I get him to stop saying this??? 😭😭
