D&c and fallopian tube ruptured

I had a miscarriage back in feb of this year,and had a D&C procedure done...everything went finee for a week! No pain no nothing...a week later i had a really bad pelvic and lowerback pain..turned out my fallopian tube had ruptured and had internal bleeding cause baby was growing in it...they removed my fallopian tube and now im scared to get pregnant..even though we've been trying but havent comnceived yet .. im a little worried
