Sperm friendly lube???

Ladies I need some input. So DH and I have been using Preseed as a sperm friendly lube but we've discovered that it's actually hard for him to ejaculate because of it. Makes him numb. What's a good natural lube we can use that won't stop his little swimmers from doing their deed?

Coconut oil! It's awesome.  We aren't ttc anymore but still use it!   Won't hurt the swimmers and is light but slick! I have a jar of it on my nightstand at all times now lol
