Morally Wrong???

I've been kind of seeing this guy for about a month, we're not dating or going out (more like fwb to be honest) as he really wants a relationship and I'm determined to stay single after just coming out of a 4 year relationship 6 months ago. Bit of background: He's hilarious and can be lovely however he's insanely jealous and possessive, he always gets moody when I'm on my phone and questions me on every guy I talk to. He barely cuddles me but thinks he's in love with me. Anyway back to the real issue - twice when we've been out drinking and I've gotten insanely drunk to the point where I couldn't go pee alone without falling and he was sober both times - we ended up having sex. I have to make it clear that I did consent and I don't regret it however the fact that I was too drunk to move or open my eyes during it makes me wonder if his  decision to have sex with me in those situations was morally wrong. Opinions?????
