REAL female bodybuilders / competitors?
Was curious as to how many women on here are ACTUAL bodybuilders and/or competitors (Not talking about women who go to the gym 3 days a week and stand on the treadmill and do jazzercise and stuff).
I am currently going to a bodybuilding gym (and have been for the past year). I have gotten into the meal prep, supps and intense workouts through bodybuilding.com and muscleandfitness.com
I was just wondering what all you guys ate and have as your weekly workout routine! Or what you ladies compete in as I am thinking about doing either figure or physique!
I know my meals consist of eggs, oatmeal, 90/10 ground beef, sweet potatoes, salad, chicken, rice, protein shakes etc. And I am currently doing a 9-week program with James Grange!
